Hi guys,

New poster used to go by the name kb but had someone with the same name. Stopped posting when you had to register as I just haven't had a chance. But I have still been reading the site regularly.

I was just thinking of players to fill our LW position. We have been heavily linked with the likes of Griezemann however I think Cuadardo would be our best option. Some may accuse me of world cup fever however he has been very impressive in Serie A this year for Fiorentina. He offers genuine peace and trickery. He shouldn't be massively expensive like Di Maria but I reckon he could still make a big difference and would definitely be one to excite the fans.

Thank You

May this be the first post of many and may the transfer window finally be a positive one for arsenal.

{Ed002's Note - Juan Guillermo Cuadrado is no longer an option.}

Do you have any idea why Ed always been a fan of his since his udinese days is just what we need, cheers

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - Barcelona were looking to replace Dani Alves with Cuadrado but due to the delay in the sale of Alves have lost out to Fiorentina for the player.}

So barca want to play him at rb

Not arsenal related but I think there's a good chance we could see cavani at Barcelona next season

Believable1 Unbelievable11

{Ed002's Note - Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea are still interested interested in Cavani - I would not be surprised to see Real Madrid try and get involved again if they cannot get their first choice target. Barcelona has not shown any interest.}

Ed I notice when you mentioned all the chasing clubs you forgot Arsenal was this in era? :-) plus does this also mean city chelski utd and Real have all dropped out of the race for Remy?

{Ed002's Note - Arsenal have not made any approach for Cavani. Manchester City would only be interested if they lose Aguero.}

Starting to like the look of Khedira or Schweinsteiger for our DM both would be solid and under £20mil.

Believable13 Unbelievable22

Under £20m? You're pushing it a bit aren't you? Khedira is possible but Schweinsteiger won't be an Arsenal player.

Agree2 Disagree0

Schweinsteiger is in the last year of his contract and 29 years old can't see him going for over 20mil and Kehdira is being mooted at 15-20 mil both pretty realistic

Any truth in Athletico Madrid wanting Carzola/him wanting to go there?

Believable9 Unbelievable18

{Ed002's Note - They are interested in Cazorla - I don't know what he wants beyond out of Arsenal.}

Er sorry ed, are you saying Cazorla wants to leave? As in, you're not sure what he wants but you're sure he wants out?

Agree0 Disagree1

{Ed002's Note - Yes, he wants to leave Arsenal and return to Spain, but I don't know if he particularly wants to go to Atletico Madrid.}

Out of interest ed how long have you known he has wanted out? Surely if the club new this that's even stranger they didn't go for Cesc.

Agree1 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - Since Thursday.}

He doesn't rally fit in as Ozil has got the CAM locked down and he doesn't like to play on the wing as he is constantly cutting inside instead of crossing the ball like a winger should if we can get 18mil for him let him go and get Greizman/Pedro to replace him.

Agree1 Disagree0

Thanks ed. I like santi a lot but to be fair he doesn't get in my team now. And seems wasted on the wing. Not saying we should sell tho

Agree1 Disagree0

I know its a difficult question to answer eds, but do you think the failure to move for cesc influenced this?

it just seems out of the blue, especially as he was vocal about wanting cesc to return.
but I guess nobody REALLY knows how a player thinks.

i know he's not had the best season shifted out to the left, but it is a shame, I like santi!

Agree2 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - No.}

Wow I had no idea! I'm assuming we knew a while ago, so we knew he wants out and still didn't go for Fabregas?

Agree1 Disagree2

Didn't he just sign a new contract? It seems kinda strange, and I do not think he will leave arsenal
