Hi Eds is there anything in the Icardi Auba swap that has been spouted by the press this morning?
Also if you dare to guess who would you say would be the best fit for a CF for us come the summer? i'd personally like to see Jonathan David come in, but feel he maybe too young to fill our needs to be the main man.

Smart to point out David's youth JG. I'd also really like to see him at the club, but maybe management thinks a young players stunts the development of Balogun, Biereth, Edwards, etc. Meanwhile, Tomas is 27 going on 28, so maybe he is a player we have for a few years while the youth progress?

Could be a smart move mate, i just think we need 20+ goal a season striker, and i don’t see that in someone still learning their trade. Massive summer ahead champions league will be a massive factor for our targets ?
Iv honestly never seen the Tomas lad play, so unable ti comment on him really.

Ed, wishful thinking because I really rate the player and we’re in need of a long term CM. Have Arsenal even shown interest in Declan Rice? Any chance would require top 4 I’m sure.

{Ed002's Note - Kalvin Phillips (DM) a financially more viable option to Declan Rice and Manchester United have enquired in the past and may maintain that interest when a new manager arrives in the summer. An ex-PL player acting as a scout for Real Madrid has watched the player on more than one occasion. West Ham enquired and made a tentative offer to no avail in January. An enquiry from Newcastle may be followed up but I suspect the player would not be keen. Whilst he has the stupid haircut that Liverpool look for in recruits, I am not aware of any approach by Liverpool or Arsenal to Leeds at this time. Leeds will resist selling and look for a new contract. I expect a new contract will be agreed but he won't stay at Leeds forever.}
