Neven subotic by friday, it was a done done honestly i don't know why did it take soo long to be official Fee around 17mil+add ons
Keeper=Given , he was the reason for wenger not making an imporve bid for the fulham keeper, noticing this the fulham keeper handed in a transfer request to tempt wenger to seal the deal for cheap and early, but wenger has bid 7.5 mill for given which has been accepted.

Just a quick one for you guys out there.
I work in the Vue cinema in Islington, and there have been a few people in today talking about our goalkeeping situation, and that Shay Given was actually seen in London today. Im not saying that these people are the most trustworthy source of info, but could this possibly be the end of our goalkeeping woes? Any clarification on this ed? Also, I know that you seem to be well in the know about Mertesacker not joining, but Tasci has been floating around for a while now. . anything new regarding him? Cheers

Gunnergetya {editor's note - I don't believe City will let Given join Arsenal, they will let him leave if he pushes for a move, but it is likely to be a loan move with a recall clause. I haven't heard anything new regarding Tasci, the only reason I thought it might be him is because I was told that there was an EPL team looking at him. Knowing that Arsenal needed a centre back and had agreed a fee with one from the Bundesliga, it made sense that it could be him.}

Straight out of London colney this morning, Shay Given will arrive in london 2moro, unfortunatly it is to go on loan to Fulham(A clause in the contract that he can be recalled at any time). When this goes through(2moro afternoon-thursday morning)Scwarzer will complete his move to Arsenal, this is a done deal.Personally id rather see Given at Arsenal but it was never going to happen.Word also is Tasci will be signed but there is a stumblng block with regards the fee and this won't be don't till after the weekend if at all.Also doing the rounds this morning was a bid for Hangleand but apparently Fulham rejected straight away.
