Ed, any recent news on Howedes? Do you expect him to leave? Would be perfect for Arsenal as he can also cover the left-back position if necessary.

ssn reporting that Nastasic, Richards, Guidetti and Sinclair are to be shown the door before the end of the window, with Pellegrini himself saying that he doesn't have space in the squad for them.
Ed's do you think that we will likely go in for either Richards or Nastasic as cover now that they have been told they can leave? With either of the 2 coming in, and a CDM, I think we might just have enough for a sustained title challenge and attack all the cups this season also.

Not wishing to hijack this post, but I am going to.
Obviously many are not fans of the team or formation being played - and we recognise that and want to give you a place to put that right. Somewhere to share your vision of how the team should like up and who should be in it.
To that end, I can announce that later this afternoon will see the launch of a new page for Teams and Formations (where the old Teams page was). You can discuss, diamonds, triangles, icosaheda and drink virtual coffee and eat virtual biscuits (virtual sugar-free juice and virtual rusks for the early evening crowd).
I am going to provide a couple of treats to launch this all off. You will be provided with background information as to how thought control has led you to speak in series of numbers that add up to 10 (I do appreciate many modern fans struggle with this concept). Then tomorrow I will explain the views of two highly respected folk about formations and associated tactics - and I might even share my views on the benefits of asymmetrical formations.
But we will open in about half an hour with a brief item covering Subbuteo and the evolution of the football fan's hand.}

I read an article suggesting Falcao could be loaned out this season, with a move to Real lined up next year. It goes on to say Llorente will possibly be on his was to Valencia. Is either of these potential moves likely? Or journalists putting 1 & 1 together to get 11? If either player is available, would Arsenal make moves for them, knowing Falcao is class and we've been linked to Llorente in the past?
{Ed001's Note - well Juve rejected an offer from Valencia, so there is a tiny grain of truth in that one. Also Falcao is set for Real Madrid when his fitness is sorted, so there is some truth there. It is unlikely Arsenal will move for them, it is not really Arsene's way.}
