Lol well Ed002 that's Overmars ruled out now.

We have such an overbearing technical setup that I highly doubt we are going to attract anyone of quality. Most of the very best in their job - Monchi, Mislintat, etc. require far more control than we seem to be willing to part with. I legitimately have no idea how we are run between Sanllehi, Venkatesham, etc.

I don't understand how it all works behind the scenes but to me it seems we had the right man in Sven but after attracting him in the first place we failed to give him what he needed to do his job properly.

Agree g62. We only had Sven for a few months but what he has achieved in that time is extraordinary. Look at who we have secured, compare that to the 18 months before he showed up. Brainless club policy IMO.
