Not a player I have ever heard of or know anything about, but someone told me Arsenal have an interest or are looking to sign Max Caqueret from Lyon.
Do you know if he's someone we have been scouting? Is he any good?!?

Thanks for the quick response - after doing a google search it seems he is pushing Aouar out of the team.
Having never heard of him until today, is he a good prospect? I’m assuming he’s highly thought of if they have no interest in a sale.

Barring some questionable transfer fees and serious lack of urgency I am quietly optimistic about the incomings this transfer window. We have to be realistic that none of them are world beaters but have the potential (Lokonga, Ødegaard, White, Ramsdale) to be a solid spine in the future to build around. Ideal window for me would be Aouar (just so Sp*rs don't get him ) and a RB (maybe Aarons) after getting rid of the deadwood. Looks like we should aim for top 6 this season then get in a proper striker next season to replace Laca and Auba.

We can’t blame the club much in this regard as some of these player are just not attractive to others. Unless one wants to argue the club bought them in the first place.

Ultimately a lot of these players are not wanted by a team who finished 8th and on big money. Difficult to shift leaving lots still with us on big contracts and not playing I fear. COYG.
