Eto'o or Torres: Yes I know both are long shots, but they are the sort of striker we need, natural finishers, something we have been lacking for years. And who knows, Torres may become available due to the difficulties at Liverpool, maybe even at a cut price as his contract runs down. But probs Barca will be on his tail. As usual.

get real mate. AW will not even try to sign these players you live in dream land.
if anything he will sign a midfielder and a CB

Bendtner to leave i think hes not that good hes had enough chances but if he does leave or not wenger will not sign any big name players!

Rigsby, Ben, Eman, etc, im just posting my opinion as to what would be a realistic and successful summer in the transfer market for arsenal. tell me what u think:

Almunia - szczesny is ready to leapfrog him and so a goalkeeping trio of Szczesny, Fabianski and Mannone would be great.
Djourou - im counting the days til his next injury.
Traore - will never make it here, and Botelho is due to come in in the summer anyway.
Vela - simply havent seen him play enough, and if I were him I would be in search of regular football.
Van Persie - I know opinion will be divided on this one. A truly class player, but u can only show your class on the pitch, and he's hardly on it, so time to cash in.
Fabregas - if we can keep him, great, but i doubt wenger will keep a player who wants to go (if he reiterates his desire to leave in the summer).
Maybe a cheeky Bosman bid for Schweinsteiger, who becomes a free agent in the summer?
Some of the youngsters who won't make it: Randall, Hoyte, Barazite, Murphy.

In: Vertonghen - class player who can cover CB, LB and DCM. would be available for about £10m and would replace Squillaci in the long term, if he doesn't become first choice with Vermaelen automatically.
Hazard - A real kick up the backside for Arshavin, who is not getting younger, and has been outshone by Nasri thus far. would replace the Russian in the long term, and replace Vela straight away.
Benzema - replacement for van persie, I reckon that we could breakeven if those 2 deals happened.

Frimpong: once he gets over his injury, he should be chasing the coattails of Denilson and Diaby.
Botelho: better player than Traore.
