I posted yesterday about the Arsenal fan that met Aurier, but Ed never let it through, for some very strange reason? Couldn't be much more of a rumour than that! Would be appreciated if you would post it now, although it's old news.
Oh well. Today, the video of him confirming he was joining Arsenal to the fans (which I explained in yesterdays post), has been put on and Aurier has retweeted it.
Surely he is joining then?

Are the rumours in the Sun true eds? Has wenger ruled out a move for Fabregas or is that just the regular lies in newspapers? Also what's the situation with Remy? Have we agreed personal terms? Thanks eds!

{Ed002's Note - I don't read the newspapers so I can't help about what the Sun has said. Arsenal would need to agree the transfer with QPR before talking with the player and have previously made it clear that they have not spoken to the player. They may have agreed something with his agent.}

Saying that ed. can a club agree something with the agent before agreeing a fee with the club? Or is that classed as tapping up? Or does it depend on the players situation

I'm glad by that actually. Really think it will be too much of a risk. If we get him I presume he'd be on the left, so that's him and pod our main two and to be honest I think we need someone better

Can't see it happening yet. But wouldn't it be a show of intent to wrap this and remy up early and start building a stronger more depth squad

It's not going to happen because we would have to match any bid made by another club. Citeh and Chelski could ensure we spent our entire kitty just getting Fab, leaving us with nothing to strengthen areas that actually need attention.

Correct me if i'm wrong but did wenger not say last summer that fabregas will stay for at least another year? If so does that mean wenger knew all along he was going to move this summer?
