Good timing. Its safe for AW to sign Flamini now after last nights victory. If he had signed him before the game he would have got further abuse.

If this is all our business done and dusted then Wenger has to go.

You must of been on the fizzy drinks again last night! so what you were actually told, that you can't remember properly is, fabregas won't sign and a bid for bender has been rejected! also drink a pint of water before bedtime while on the fizzy drinks it helps you remember things more clearly in the morning!

Good to see you back Charlie. Ignore he doubters, as ever you are ahead of your time and they will soon come to see you are spot on with your predictions. What Charlie didn't mention is we have closed the deal on one or two others, all of which will be done by the time we face Fulham.

Our starting team is going to be:

Casillas, Sagna, Koscielny, Hummels, Gibbs
Bender, Fabregas, Wilshere, Di Maria
Benzema, Suarez

All of this will be affordable without dipping too far into our savings as we are selling Nik for £99m (if Bale is worth £92m imagine what we'll get for the best player in the world? who is off to Spuds).

Paper talk says we are looking to offload Podolski. Spurs amongst others interested. I know he looked disinterested last night but do we really want to lose another striker unless as being reported he is to be replaced by Di Maria. We need depth not one in, one out!

{Ed022's Note - Although Poldi hasn't been with us long, he knows the deal with Arsenal and Spurs and will NEVER sign for Spurs. He was once asked in a Q&A session "Describe Spurs in one word?" His answer was "I don't think I can, there are too many families and children here." On a side issue, the same question was asked to Ramsey. His response? "Fifth" What a legend!}

Rubbish. Podolski is absolutely vital to us. He'll feature in almost every game he's fit this season. Total team player and scored goals at every level. As for selling to Spurs, that's the most ridiculous rumour of the season. Unless that is we're buying Bale? May as well start that rumour as we've as much chance of getting him as we do Suarez or Rooney.

I hope we don't offload him. I love Poldi and I wish he would play more. I yearn for him to be on the pitch more. Poldoski is a great player and extremely versatile. I think offloading him is a massive mistake.

I agree selling Poldi doesn't make much sense to me, I didn't read much into his demeanour last night. I think its understandable, for you to look less motivated when you come on in the last five munites of a game already wrapped up. He can't be happy that he doesn't make starting 11, but for me he is still a goal threat in a team that lacks that at present. I just think he is not quite a winger or quite a lone striker, and that's where we sort of scratch our heads with him. But definitely got the quality the squad needs.

I would honestly love to see him sold (not to spurs though) I think he was below average last season and he simply aren't good enough for Arsenal

Hope he get's more game time to show his worth. There seems to be a good vibe in the dressing room which he seems to be a central part of.

{Ed022's Note - As I said on another post, he was central to the fun and games being had on tour, just look at the video on him and Mertesacker being samaurai warriors...very amusing! I think he is a great leader and player to have in the dressing room and on the pitch and someone who I would very much like to stay...}

David Ornstein reporting we are working on deals for Benzema and Di Maria, anyone heard anything about this?

Gotta be honest I would be well happy if we got them two! I think a centre half is going to be needed after Kos got injured tonight!

Without wanting to be too negative, i'll stick to being realistic. Real have sold Higuain this summer. They will not be selling Benzema. Even when they bring in Suarez, it'll be to compliment Benzema. We'd be as well offering for Messi, Ronaldo and Maradona too, as players that aren't for sale, aren't for sale. Di Maria on the other hand is possible, but we'll not match their valuation. On a different note, amazing result last night but let's hope Wenger doesn't think we're fixed. Keeper played well, but there's a first time for everything. Still our absolute priority.

Arsenal have been in talks for 48 hours with Madrid, so what I make of it is they need the cash from arsenal to do there business. maybe they have done a deal because Wenger was confident about transfers maybe Madrid will go for suarez. HOPE SO.

I think this is the agent leakign a false rumour to get Benzema a better contract.

No way do Real Madrid Let Benzema and Higauin go.

They would let him go if they are getting Bale and maybe Suarez.

It's entirely possible because Morata will complement Suarez if he is bought and even if Benzema is sold and Suarez not bought their is Jese, Morata, Ronaldo who can play up front.Would also like to see Gonalons, Sakho and Begovic

Well all that is left is for madrid to seal the bale deal, today or tomorrow, and then go after suarez, and all hell will break loose
