Id like to see this happen over January and the Summer at Arsenal:
Ins:
A Solid GK - Reina, Given or Lloris, Most likely Given.
A CB to partner Vermalean - G.Cahill + Sakho, or Mexes
A Defensive Mid who sits and doesn't want to attack - Melo, Inler, Phil Jones (cover at CB aswell).
Winger - Adam Johnson, just quality.
Eden Hazard - A Must Buy
And a Striker - Hopefully Benzema.

Outs:
Almunia - Rubbish
Djourou and/or Kosciencly - just not good enough.
Rosicky - Past it now
Arshavin - Getting old and is carried in big games.
Bendtner - Only if he wants to leave
