Hello gooners
I would actually like to ask Ed002, if you're free - what do you make of arsenal signing white? You'd always said we were in for a RCB but do you feel Ben White is good enough? More over is 50 million too for him?
Also, what does it mean for saliba, do you feel he will be loaned out or would he want to leave, as you'd mentioned once he's wasting his time here.
Thanks anyways.
{Ed002's Note - It resolves a huge issue with the mess surrounding too many CBs that were too old or not good enough - Luiz, Mustafi, Mavrapanos, Sokratis. Saliba has been messed about and has no clear future and show be allowed to kickstart his career at a decent club. Sadly I expect he will be made to stay and possibly sent on loan. There will certainly be options available with Marseille (who have asked about a loan for next season and likely losing out of their first choice Caleta-Car replacement) and perhaps Newcastle - but that would be dependent on another matter.}

Brilliant info as always Ed002, key takeaways for me - RESOLVES A HUGE ISSUE. I feel the price is making a few fans worried but the age is on his side. Considering he's played every minute for the promotion season under Bielsa, was in the team of the season in championship that year and has looked decent for Brighton after playing for several positions I have a feeling this could be a great addition. Homegrown, can cover RB, calm on the ball, has a dribble in him. What intrigues me is that him and Gabriel can genuinely look to be a menacing partnership. Gabriel likes to be aggressive and imposing, White can help clean up and start the attack seamlessly. Let's see what Arteta makes of him.

Anyone interested in Rob Holding or Pablo Mari Ed? And would Arsenal consider to sell one of them?
{Ed002's Note - Rob Holding (RB/CB/RM) Signed a new contract in January and a sale this summer seems unlikely - Saliba might well be sacrificed first.
Pablo Mari (CB) The are no apparent plans to sell.
