Hi Ed029 do we have any right backs on our radar as it looks like Sagna is off (fingers crossed) also what is the likelihood of Sakho coming to the emirates this summer?

I think sakho would be a great addition. I think Jenkinson should be given chance to start at RB and promote a youth team player or bring in someone with experience that can play both CB and RB

I found this posting really harsh, Sagna has played to a high standard since joining us in 2007. He deserves a little more credit and loyalty than ''fingers crossed he leaves''.
I know he had a mare against RVP recently but that was in contrast to his centre half performance against Sunderland. He has broken his leg twice playing for us and come back twice and let's not forget, when spu*s were canning us at home, he scored the goal that got us back into it, meaning we only went in at half time 1-2 down, we went on to win 5-2.
The truth of the matter is, when Bacary plays well and gets forward, we play well.

I really do hope Sanga stays. Love him or hate him, he's still one of the best RB in the league and still have at least a year left in him.

would any 1 be willing to spend all our transfer budget on 1 player.

I think 250 mill in todays world of football is nothing, when you look at monaco spending that on 5 players, clearly messi = 11 players.
anyway I think with barcelona getting neymar, they have now set themsevels with a frontline of pedro, messi, neymar, mid or cesc, xavi, iniesta, busq diver and the defense of alba, pique and alves. they are a CB and GK away from completing their offseason and we have barely begun recruting kids.

Arshavin is reportedly going to earn 400k a week or £20m a year. I think 250m isn't a lot for some clubs, especially when they want to attract bigger talent to their leagues.
