And you know this because....

Agree0 Disagree0

He Said Himself He Would Rather Go to Arsenal It Would Be Easier To Get Into The First Team

Agree0 Disagree0

He is on the team sheet to start against Spurs on the weekend.. oh wait i forgot to take my medications again :P

Agree0 Disagree0

Don't know what club he'll join, what i know though is there is absolutely zero percent chance he'll ever join arsenal. Sorry guys, our chance has been and gone

Why madrid? Dont believe all the hype from the news. Madrid no1 target is neymar, not hazard.

have you seen their midfield? do you think they lack a player there? but for me as good as benzema has been he is not clinical enough to lead the line as noticed against barcelona where he missed 4-5 clear opportunities...where as the unstoppable messi needed no chances...2 shots 2 goals.

There's a reason why they are after neymar.

hazard has also stated he wants to play and be a starter...could he leave us in 3-4 years for madrid? maybe ...

but madrid and hazard is not the news.

the news could be that arsenal are not the only bidder...it could come down between italian teams and arsenal.

Agree0 Disagree0

I dont think they will get him if they get neymar. neymar is better than hazard

Agree0 Disagree0

It shouldn't be forgotten hazard is absoloutely top class, arsenal would have to pay serious money for him anyway

Agree0 Disagree0

HWere did you get the stat?

Agree0 Disagree0

What stat? that neymar is better than hazard

Agree0 Disagree0

We should have got him instead of Gervinho really. I am fearful that we have missed our chance with him now. He his on too many clubs radar now.

Agree0 Disagree0

I think that probably,Hazard will wait til next summer.Lille will want top dollar transfer fee and Hazard(if he has a good season)will have his choice of top european sides. We should have signed him when we had the chance. But I do hope I'm wrong about this,as I think he's as good as Fabregas and could be a Legend, but money talks these days, and we cannot compete with the big boys.

Agree0 Disagree0

Arsenal wont get hazard, he is too expensive and too ambitious. If we did sign hazard, he would be the only person we would sign, and we need someone like m'villa more...

Agree0 Disagree0

First madrid's priority is to sign neymar and he would cost them over 58 million

Get in, The Ox is starting tonight!

Believable38 Unbelievable1

Had a good first match :)... can take on players much better than walcott... but walcott just has the extra pace...

dont worry about that tho its not always about pace its about taking ur opponents on ;)

Agree0 Disagree0

Agreed, he's far more exciting than Walcott.

Agree0 Disagree0

I still think ryo will be better. dont get why hes not getting opportunities if wenger has said soo many times he is going to be a great player

Agree0 Disagree0

Well done Oxtail Soup... So 4 games since he has signed, scored 2 for Arsenal and in the 2 for England U21s he got 5 assists... Or something ridiculously good to that effect...

Well done Arsene.

Hypothetical ques : Can Arsenal take tevez on loan for a season now that the transfer window has closed? {Ed002's Note - No.}

Believable4 Unbelievable15

What would the rule be if his contract was mutually terminated & he becomes a free agent? {Ed002's Note - If it is mutual he becomes a free agent and can sign permanently for anyone he decides upon. If it is terminated by the club, they stand a very good chance of not getting any compensation unless they can prove that he was in breach, and I doubt last night would be a sufficient breach. All this is irrelevant as I very much doubt it will happen. I expect he will be fined two weeks wages, allowed to return to his family for a couple of weeks, then keep fit and train with Manchester City (perhaps even playing) before moving on in January (sale or player exchange). I don't see Arsenal being involved in any of this.}

Agree0 Disagree0

I do agree...i dont think arsenal will want tevez, but it was just a hypothetical query.

I do think he will end up in inter for 20-25 mill in january.

I dont think City will want to play him, it will mean he has the upper hand over the manager. It will effectively derail their season and bring about reprisal from other malcontents like nasri and balloteli

Agree0 Disagree0

If there is one team in the world who could actually afford to let him rot in the reserves,it's City.I know this won't happen,but this person is just a spoilt brat,who just stamps his feet when he can't get his own way. {Ed003's Note - The powers that be have a rule called "sporting chance" where if a player is " left to rot ",when he hasnt played in 10 % of games he can leave. Not sure of the exact rules and over how many games it would have to, take place,but we really do live in a footy world where the players have most of the power,if not all.}

FootyLasest.com had a busy night last night! With in around half an hour they had three articles about Arsenal. The first was that PSG are ready to buy Chamakh. The second was that Spurs have beat us to sign Montolivo. And the third was that Madrid were not happy with the results and behaviour of Mourinho so they were going to approach Arsene Wenger. I'm not making this up you can go to the website and read these articles yourself.. Although footylatest is up there with caughtoffside and footybunker as the biggest BSer's on the web!

Believable3 Unbelievable18

If you believe anything you read on there you really do need help.

Agree0 Disagree0

You aint making it up, but they are.

Agree0 Disagree0

1) Chamakh may well go to PSG in the next window
2) No one can sign a player under contract until the next window & Tootenham dont have any funds available, nor space in their fat squad.
3) Real are welcome to him, as long as we get Mourinho, Usmanov & Dein...

arsenal have 2 main targets in january,,, for which everything will b done to complete a deal. they are hazard n mvila.
there are also 2 other targets but will only be sought after if they are available for a cut down price- g.cahill n s.jovetic

Believable27 Unbelievable5

By january i want wilshere and vermalen back healthy. I want wenger to get Mvilla and get our two defensive midfielders that we need.

Get hazard or goetze if we can...i dont think he will spend on cahill...we have alot of defenders...like miquel, bartley, mert, vermalen, koser..even the useless ones like djourou and squillachi. what we need besides a holding midfielder and a winger like hazard is a potent striker...and i was hoping it could be torres but he seems to be finding his way back...but we need a better striker compared to chamakh or chu young

Agree0 Disagree0

Real madrid also want hazard,,,,,,,

Agree0 Disagree0

Hazard will go to a top European side not a struggling mid table premiership side! Simply he will stay with Lille until they are out of Europe - then off to Real. We need to re-adjust to a new world - top names will not be coming our way - we can't afford to pay top wages and no hope of silverware. Ironic but as a result of the caution of Arsene there is no other way than his way now, and that means grow your own, and then in all likelehood they will leave for money and trophies. Shame.
