Ed002 as a special treat can you please confirm that Fabregas won't return to Arsenal this summer so that everyone can stop getting their hopes up?
Thanks {Ed002's Note - At the right price, Barcelona would certainly consider selling the kid - they need to raise cash.}
Do barcelona have a signed contract for neymar or is that made up?
Why do they need funds? (Transfers?) I'd definitely welcome him back. Great player
Barcelona and Real are in quite a lot of financial trouble and have been for a while. They have some rather large debts through buying expensive players and wages etc.
Ross {Ed002's Note - Both clubs have less than half the debt that Arsenal do and Barcelona turn over 65% more than Arsenal. Real Madrid turn over more than 75% more than Arsenal.}
Ed could you see there being any chance of fabregas re-signing for arsenal this summer? {Ed027's Note - I just cannot see it happening, I mean look how much they B*tched to get him back
ED002 is spot on. Any business (lets be honest, football is a business) will sell an asset if they feel that they can get more value from another one.
Not saying Fabregras is on his way mind simply that if Barcelona recieved a £35m bid from us and felt there is a better player / one they need more available for the same money of course they would go for it.
Hackney Gooner
Cesc back where he belongs
I stand very corrected. Apologies.

Fabregas is not the player we sold or one we should consider buying back. Mentally he is more concerned with fatherhood and his new girlfriend's acrimonious divorce. She wants to live in London and that seems to be the prime driver for all the rumours.
^ what he said and i'm kind of worried that wenger maybe allowed to leave with PSG sniffing.
Do we even have any sort of viable replacement? or is it martinez once wigan go down?
It should be an interesting summer.
one thing I wonder. is sergio aguero on his way out of city? with soo many strikers linked? surely he is a valuable asset and the FFP and all that jazz.
I'd like to point out that according to the list of the wealtiest sports clubs, Ed's figures are incorrect, and Real does not turn over 75% more than Arsenal, nor does Barca 65% more. Where are these figures from because from where I'm sitting your pants appear to be on fire {Ed029's Note - Just checking the figures Ed02 provided and the exact figures are 76% and 66% for the most recently released figures, so he rounded down. Maybe you don't understand the figures?}

@ED, my figures are based on club worth - maybe you can explain how our club is worth more than Barca according to Forbes and valued at around 8/10's of Real yet you are saying they are bringing in 75% GDP. Mate, don't take the whatsit lol.
Forbes's 10 most valuable sports teams
1 - Manchester United - $1. 870bn (£1. 144bn)
2 - Dallas Cowboys - $1. 650bn (£1. 009bn)
3 - Washington Redskins - $1. 550bn (£948m)
4 - New York Yankees - $1. 500bn (£918m)
5 - New England Patriots - $1. 361bn (£833m)
6 - Real Madrid - $1. 353bn (£828m)
7 - Arsenal - $1. 200bn (£734m)
8 - New York Giants - $1. 183bn (£724m)
9 - New York Jets - $1. 170bn (£716m)
10 - Houston Texans - $1. 150bn (£704m)
I thought Arsenal have almost payed off all its debts
Yeah arsenal do not under any circumstances have more debt that madrid or barca. bigger team, bigger turnover, more debt.

@ED029 - I'm pretty sure they are 2012 figures. My point is that however old they are 1 or 4 years, Real can't possible turnover 75% more than Arsenal if their club value is only around 1/10 more. It's just standard economics. {Ed029's Note - Ed02 explained the correct figures and I checked them when you started with all of these posts. The figures you are quoting are are very old and the valueof RM is two and a half times more than Arsenal. Please stop these posts as we don't want to keep explaining something you are unable to grasp.}
