Theo Walcott has held talks with AW this afternoon at the training ground & they look as if they have come to an agreement! He's staying, with further contract talks in the coming weeks, otherwise he'll be going for nothing!

From every mistake there is an iota of truth. Quickly check the .com SITE, it has been confirmed that Johan Cabaye has signed for Arsenal. The deal put at 13million pounds plus add ons will be confirmed Thursday afternoon even as the player gets Jersey number 17 on the official Arsenal list. This confirmation was done earlier today on Arsenal.com, but was quickly withdrawn as the player comes in for a medical tomorrow morning.

This is 100% true. Earlier this afternoon you could by the replica kit with a players name and # and Cabaye was in the list as #17. This has now been removed from the site. All the rumours of Tiote are BS.

I've seen this image and seems legit. Few people on twitter seem to have it. Surely can't be just a mistake? I doubt someone would go to the trouble of creating this of its fake? The guys a good player - here's hoping! Wonder what the odds are?

According to a close friend of mine (Who works in one of Arsenal's Head Offices'), There were a lot of rumours going around yesterday that Bastian Schweinsteiger will sign for Arsenal on Friday afternoon.

The fact Bayern Munich have pretty much signed Javi Martinez has paved the way for this deal to go through. It is unknown at the moment what the fee is going to be but is expected to be between £20 million and £25 million.

A friend of mine from school, who is german, and works for Die Welt, told me yesterday that the rumour in the press room is that apparently Richard Law is there to negotiate for Lars Bender a DM who plays for Bayer Leverkeusen and the NT. He's pretty good and still very young, I personally think he would be a great addition, should it go through...Eds any news on this from your part?

See, if it is one of the relegated teams, I'd put money on it being Koln and Geromel or Kevin Pezzoni.

Pezzoni (although I imagine most of you know) has played CB a bit this season, but is mainly a CDM, and while not on the level of M'villa or Capoue he's a TANK.

The guy must be about 6"3, there's nothing pretty about his game, he's not going to make runs like Song did, or pick out nice passes.

I have it from a very reliable source that Arsenal will only sell Bendtner for a fee of around 3 mill as there are no serious buyers.
Squillaci will be on the pay roll till at least Xmas for same reason.
Arshavin will stay too.

a few updates on what is likely to be a busy few days for arsenal with all the ins and outs taking place.

it's looking likely that nicklas bendtner will sign for stoke with the fee likely to be something around £5m.

isco doesn't want to leave Malaga and navas' chronic homesickness is still a problem so these two potential arrivals can be ruled out; as can dembele who is signing for spurs.

walcott does want to stay, and we want to keep him but it seems that if a deal cannot be struck within 24 hours then he will be sold.

as far as i'm aware we have no interest in signing cabaye but there is interest on our part for lars bender.

the spanish press are reporting that afellay will be off to either liverpool or spurs on loan.

i can't see dzeko coming to arsenal, especially with agüero being ruled out for a while.

there are rumours of a marquee signing arriving at the emirates before friday, more news as i have it.

So, no navas or isco, probably no walcott, no cabaye, no affelay (spurs or liverpool? arsenal just sold song to them!), no dzeko (good). Still nothing concrete i see. Just hope they buy something on offense, arsenal is lacking creation, no players are doing unexpected things on the field. Arsenal need someone different (or special like wenger said). I though Affelay would come. Ben arfa and Navas i knew wasnt possible. But that kind of player is needed so that we can create more space on offense.

Report what's in the press and make something up as a potential. That's arsenal rumours.

All this rubbish and in the end, we end up with nothing?
