different terms meaning the same thing but not the same outcome.
in spain they have buyout clauses as a standard in all contracts, and clubs outside of spain need to pay the player to buy their contracts out, but obviously its much more complicated than simply doing that, and obviously there is sensible negotiations too.
its too complicated and complex to know exactly what is said for each individual club or player, its best left to those who deal with it. i'm not saying it does not happen, but understanding it from an angle where you have no exposure is just guess work.
like the eds say many times, don't think about the clauses and for good reason. I for one have no idea what any of it means anyway.

Ed's here's a question, they are saying hummels will leave in the summer now does that mean that in the couple of hours left could he sign a pre-contract now then permanent one in the summer? Or is it the whole buy him now, loan him back situation. Thanks

I am confused? Arsenal seem to be strengthening the defensive positions with quality players in January.

after seeing santos in the flesh play for FC goa, it can be said without a shadow of a doubt wenger is smoking something special.
he missed the penalty in the game which would have taken FC goa to the final. he's a bottler.
