Juergen Klopp won Bundesliga twice in a row, with a team with a small budget and a lot of young players, and ones who came thoroughly their youth set up.
It's common knowledge managers take players with them a lot of the time when they move.
Rodgers - Allen
Mourinho- Carvalho (twice)
Allardyce - Nolan (twice)
Redknapp - Crouch and Defoe
Those are the more recent ones in my mind,
can you honestly say that, for example, Jurgen Klopp coming, bringing Lewandowsji with him, or Pizscek or Bender (I'm not going for Gotze, because that'd be the obvious choice!) and being there to coach his former prospect, Eisfeld, doesn't excite you guys?
It's obviously not as simple in reality as it is on paper.

notice the difference between "wenger is arsenal" and "arsenal is wenger". why does it make you puke that our manager has given absolutely everything for this club and there's no other club he would manage?
