hi ED i have been hearing things with: Wilfred zaha and montolivo do you no any good news

and im hearing alot about sow, goatze, podolski and kalou please tell me you no somethinng

cheers {Ed001's Note - all I know about Zaha is a lot of scouts have looked at him, most have been disappointed with his end product. I know Podolski is very much a major target, I don't believe Sow is. I certainly don't believe Kalou is of any interest whatsoever to Arsenal.}

Believable7 Unbelievable12

ED, sow is very intrested in arsenal he told the news he is intrested in moving to a big name club . {Ed001's Note - yes, but the question was about Arsenal's interest, not his. I would be interested in signing for Arsenal but it's not going to happen is it?}

Agree0 Disagree0

Well you don't really no but it would be fantastic if he did

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed. Kalou has been on AW's radar since last January... He is of major interest. {Ed001's Note - you sure you aren't being fooled by the nonsense newspaper reports based on Wenger calling him a good player once?}

Does anybody know anything about the Marco Fabian to Arsenal rumour? Apparently, according to twitter, Marco Fabians' family have said he will join Arsenal in January.

If you don't know who he is, hes a mexican AM, and has scored some cracking goals from all angles, including a bicycle kick against barca. I recommend you youtube him.
Don't know if its true or not, just wondering if anybody has heard this rumour before ed?

Colney Bandit {Ed001's Note - I haven't heard anything about that, but it is not all that easy to get info from Mexico!}

Believable5 Unbelievable13

He does look promising and is only 22, but it is hard to gauge quality from a highlights youtube video of the mexican league..

Agree0 Disagree0

Wenger had rubbished the reports saying, it's just an agent trying to sell his player

Just watched joel campbell highlights. he really reminds me of a young left footed thierry henry. he has superb quality and i think hell have a bright future at the emirates.

got to watch this goal by campbell
www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYLkc7KYlDM

does anyone know how hes doing on loan at lorient.

Believable24 Unbelievable5

Totally Agree Mate I think Henry Was The Last Gooner To Put A Goal Pass Casillas Too

Agree0 Disagree0

Plus Hes Scored Two Goals and Usually Comes On As A Super Sub

Emmanuel Frimpong makes Jack Wilshere's son cry then asks for move

www.metro.co.uk/sport/football/883797-emmanuel-frimpong-makes-jack-wilsheres-son-cry-then-asks-for-arsenal-move

Believable3 Unbelievable14

Yeah not quite, two very separate events haha.

I feel so bad for him, I really do, I think he has so much more promise than Coquelin. Maybe his loan will coincide with Jack coming back and then they will play together. Either way I would choose Frimps over Coquelin every day of the week and hope to god his future is with us.

Wenger looking at Cavani and Podolski. The latter seems most likely. Goetze interest remains strong.

Ben

Believable24 Unbelievable12

Ben Can I Ask How You Know This?

Agree0 Disagree0

I have a friend who works in the public relations sector at Arsenal. He tells me things from time to time.

Ben

Agree0 Disagree0

Ben you know Cavani would cost over 50 mill? for that money we should go for Podolski/Reus and Götze not only a Cavani.

Agree0 Disagree0

So Ben the Pato rumours arent true?

Agree0 Disagree0

Haven't been old anything regarding Pato.

Ben

Agree0 Disagree0

Hey Ben,
Thanks for the info. When you say Gotze interest still strong, are we confident we can get them?

Ibster

Agree0 Disagree0

So the public relations people get inside info on transfers then Ben?

highly unlikely

A.Y

Agree0 Disagree0

Actually... The P.R people get heavily involved in transfer news; how else would you describe negotiations? They're a big P.R issue and a huge P.R event.

Ben has been [for the most part] correct 95% of the time in the past yr that I've been posting here.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ben , waky waky , its time to wake up .Yes I know you have one of the best managers in the world , A brilliant stadium , and have to admit it , not a bad team ,but stop dreaming ! You have as much chance of signing ONE of those players as we have of winning the premier league !! Lets stop the bull , I mean pr people do just that , pr ( bulls**t ) in normal peoples talk ! Save your space for talking about how you might finish 4th / 5th in the league , thats more reachable !!
Davo

Agree0 Disagree0

Unless Wenger decides to change to a 4-4-2 or a 4-4-1-1 (In my opinion HIGHLY unlikely and i would much prefer 4-1-2-1-2) Cavani won't come if he's not guaranteed regular first team football. He is WAY too good to go from regular matches at Napoli to RVP understudy - he's definitely partner material for him though and i would LOVE to see him at the Emirates but i really don't see that happening......

Agree0 Disagree0

Isnt gonna happen unless wenger makes a uturn on his entire philosophy.

Agree0 Disagree0

Cavani could potentially be very expensive {Ed002's Note - There is no Arsenal interest in Cavani.}

Its Been Confirmed, Milan Are In For Tevez

Believable18 Unbelievable4

Who cares

Agree0 Disagree0

^^^ Get A Life

Agree0 Disagree0

Maybe we are in for Pato as I keep reading? {Ed002's Note - I understand that Milan would be open to an exchange of Tevez and Pato until the end of the season.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed Do You Think Pato Would Want to Go To City (even if it were a loan move) He Wouldnt Get Many Full Games Plus Their Pretty Much Out Of The Cl {Ed002's Note - No idea, sorry.}

From the Liverpool Rumours site, Just been told that Arsenal might be in for Pato... Dunno how much truth, just got told.

Be nice to see him in the PL

Believable14 Unbelievable21

I would love this but history tells me not to get excited.. But it would be Fantastic and he is only 22! Could play either side of RVP and threw the middle when RVP is injured or needs a rest.
RD

Agree0 Disagree0

If wenger is going to spend over 30 mill, then its likely it will be gotze and not pato who is frequently injured.

3-4 years ago id call him a top striker. now hes like torres in terms of reliability. not as bad but in terms of niggling injuries hes there...aka persie 2.0

ed..... considering how the team is going at the moment, would you think its more likely arsenal will not sign anyone in january and wait till the summer as there main target goetze wants to stay in dortmund till the end of the season? what do you personally think? {Ed001's Note - I don't expect much to happen, maybe some youth players but nothing much for the first team.}

Believable21 Unbelievable1

Arsenal are set to offer £25m plus Andrey Arshavin and Nicklas Bendtner for Borussia Dortmund playmaker Mario Gotze, 19.

This from bbc gossip page

Believable30 Unbelievable25

Hahah...arshavin and bentdner + 25 mill?

those two guys combined is something like 15 mill in a swap deal...so gotze is worth 40 mill?

I dont buy it. swap deals in jan? besides bentdner has a one year loan deal at sunderland.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ye rubbish story, I dont think bendtner can be called back either so he wont be leaving in jan unless Sunderland decide to make an offer... {Ed001's Note - I believe that all loans can be cut short if the player agrees a permanent deal to move elsewhere. Unless the FA have changed their loan rules in the summer.}

Agree0 Disagree0

There should be a requirement on this page that you have to type in your rumor and then add the words caught offside in google to verify it's not a caught offside story. If it is, don't even bother posting such nonsense. Do your homework people.

Ibster

Agree0 Disagree0

Cant blame the poster he has after all been caught offside.

Agree0 Disagree0

As long as we can get rid of bendtner

Agree0 Disagree0

Never going to happen.

The only hint of truth is that now we have the problem of Bendtner. Bruce was a big fan and was likely to sign him on a permanent deal - but can they same be said for O'Niell?

Germany has always seemed like the best option for Bendtner so I think in the summer, this might make sense for Dortmund.

Agree0 Disagree0

Will not happen ,but would be the best deal ever

Agree0 Disagree0

Dortmund wouldn't take Bender ffs! ship him off to Yeovil or somewhere befitting his rubbishness

Agree0 Disagree0

More chance of O'Neil sending him back to us in Jamuary. Aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh help

Agree0 Disagree0

So you are all jumping up and down for podolski who is usually equally weak at club level; but somehow bendtner is worthless.

Look at his record for denmark!

ED do you know and of these players could join for these prices:
mario goatze for 34m
damiao for 13m
vertongan for 14m
montalivo for 13m
podolski for 16m
doumbia for 19m
gourcuff for 15m
eric abidal for 6m

and do u no anything about any transfers? {Ed001's Note - are these just random names and numbers? Only you can't expect me to sit here and dissect every single one of those numbers that seem to be plucked out of mid air! I really don't involve myself in finding out player's prices anyway, it is an irrelevance in the main. The only thing that matters is whether a team is interested and whether the player is available. Prices are negotiable after all.}

Believable14 Unbelievable9

Wow, pick up random names and assign random prices to them...

AM

Agree0 Disagree0

Montolivo is a free in the summer so doubt they will get 13m

Agree0 Disagree0

Spuds bid more than that for damiao and got rejected, now numbers like 30 mil are being thrown around. podolski, gourcouff and doumbia would all be much more as well

ED i have been hearing things about
Gabriel Torje,
Lukas Podolski,
Sow,
Doumbia,
Mario Gotze,
Marvin Martin,
Jan Vertonghen,
florent malouda
salman kalou
alex
anelka
pato any news on them And any thing on any lyon players

do you no any thing? {Ed001's Note - only one I have heard anything new on is Podolski, Arsenal seem to be up near the front of the pack to sign him. The main problem is getting him to move in January ahead of the Euros, he wants guaranteed first team football to make sure of his Germany place.}

Believable15 Unbelievable5

Thats no problem with Gervinho off to ACN. Would love Podolski in january and Götze in summer.

Agree0 Disagree0

Whos ACN and hope goatze does join

Agree0 Disagree0

^

ACN is the African Cup of Nations mate!

P.Y

Agree0 Disagree0

Just my theory and perception.

Wenger works in mysterious ways. Scouts all over germany to watch certain players.

He is probably trying to wrap up a deal before the transfer window.

I can see why gotze is on his wishlist. he ticks all the arsenal player boxes.

Think of it this way.

Gotze, Wilshere, Ramsey, Song >>>> any EPL midfield maybe 3rd best after the spanish two clubs, but with time on our side it could develop into a killer midfield.

I think wenger is going to do his best to keep us in the top 4 and build to keep van persie. Hence i see gotze as our signing.

Agree0 Disagree0

The only ones on this wishlist you are likely to get are kalou , malouda and anelka , sorry boys
