If the rumours have any legs, give allegri a big pay rise, give sanchez the £250,000 a week he wants and let's start again next season building a team around him. Personally I can't see allegri keeping either left back, he will have to buy another right back to rival a recently dodgy bellerin.

A complete new center mid and a revamped strike force. Wether he keeps ozil, ramsay, walcott, giroud or ox will determine for me what he can get for them and who he can get in their place to suit his style.

Xhaka, coq and elneny for me can be replaced and have to be replaced. He will bring a fresh impetus to us and with money available I can see a totslly revamped team next year. Im still finding it hard to get over the sanchez thing yesterday, it was complete madness of the highest order.

if Allegri comes in, and I seriously hope he does, he would bring fresh ideas, possibly a different formation and new players.

yes please.

I think allegri would have made a better first of the 110, million wenger spent this summer.

Hopefully after the bayern game wenger will put everyone out of their misery by announcing he is leaving at the end of the season. it might salvage his reputation rather than the ever growing disdain against him.

This will enable arsenal, which is the most important thing in this. get a replacement ready and allow the players to play without the pressure of not knowing whether wenger will stay or go.

i believe there are a lot of players in that squad who like the fans are gobsmacked by some of wenger's decisions / tactics. he refuses to drop players who are not performing but drops our best player. Many quality players have not progressed because of the lack of game time given to them whilst wenger allows his favourites to under perform week in week out.

Wenger has no plan b and stays seated leaving his players without a clue. it must be demoralising for the players who make an effort. This club is slowly decaying because of the stubbornness and attitude of a board and manager who prefer profit over success.

The club needs a big overhaul the manager and backroom staff who have become accustomed to 4th place. champions league group stage football. long term injuries and awful training methods. all this needs to go.

If wenger goes and we get a reputable name we maybe able to keep our best players who maybe willing to try a new style of football with results. at the end of the day if the players give 100% .

fans can't complain but under wenger the players have switched off and go to pieces when under the cosh.

This club needs change.

ed002 . if Sanchez was to leave Arsenal would Chelsea be interested?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed002's Note - No I can't imaging for one minute that they would. There are other sides interested and, if he decides to move on, he will take his pick if acceptable offers are made for him.}

If he wants to leave Arsenal need to get top money for him, we aren't in a position of needing to sell (financially speaking) so players can't hold us to ransom and leave for a song.

Ed 002 any truth in the rumor that Max Allegri has verbally agreed to move to arsenal .

Believable3 Unbelievable0

{Ed002's Note - I have no knowledge of Allegri making any verbal agreement nor am I aware that Juventus has given the club permission to talk directly to their manager. As I have explained, Arsenal has used a third party to enquire after the availability of Allegri and two others and that they did discuss matters further with Allegri who will be available this summer. With the others out of the picture Allegri is the preferred choice if the club need to make a change this summer. But I don't know of any verbal agreement he may have given to the club.}

Top knowledge as usual Ed.

Do you know if Arsen will go in the summer as it seems that with every passing game his position is becoming more and more untenable, or will he take the 2 year contract on offer?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of a two year contract Peter. And I have explained the situation as I understand it and what the club has been doing to make provisions.}

Cheers for that Ed, I must stop reading the tabloid rubbish. Claims that a two year extension is on the table for Wenger, I'm glad you've cleared that up. Thanks again mate excellent stuff. Just out of interest ed, what football team do you follow?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - The two years was offered last summer - which would have taken it to 2018 - 2018 is now only a year away.}

Thanks ed, appreciate the response, enjoy the rest of your day.

{Ed002's Note - You are welcome.}

How will Allegri be available this summer?

{Ed002's Note - I don't understand the question.}

Will Sanchez play against Bayern?
I don't think he will. I would imagine it's going to be hard for any of them to be motivated.

We may as well throw a youth team out there and give them a run out.
Yesterday's selections were a shambles at the start and later on reminded me of the scramble you see at the beginning of the January sales. It was like a free for all. It looked pathetically desperate.
