and arteta/song/rosicky can be the old heads/role models to bring all these younsters on and fulfill their potential.

2 solid additions in jan for defence and and up top, has to be vertonghen and podolski(the german RVP)

Ahhh the scouting network of every other Premier League club:
*1 guy who types Arsenal in Google news and finds stories linking Arsenal and a young talent. he then relays it to the club's sporting director and manager and they try to outbid Arsenal.

if someone made up a story of Wenger being interested in a kid with polio and only one leg then Chelsea and Tottenham etc would bid for him.
