i think arsene will do his usual in jan and be very frugal in his dealings- no big bucks signings.

brek shea sounds like a wenger move, will be cheap and convertible from wide player to striker- and you all know he likes to do this.

paul pogba was a previous target and will be available on a pre contract so man u maybe persuaded to part for a cheap fee.

defence will probably be reassessed in summer.

i think we will see more players leaving than arriving in jan.

So Wenger likes to convert wide player to striker, the only one he has done so is Henry. If you look the other way (strikers forced to play as wide players):
1. Bendtner
2. Arshavin
3. Walcott

Who says Pogba is available on pre contract? silly paper talk. his contract terms are undisclosed, but rumours are he is tied down til Summer of 2013, so would not be able to sign precontract til Jan 2013

Arsenal's main transfer target in January will be a striker.

Wenger is believed to have £20m for transfer fees to spend in January.

Edin Hazard won't be targeted in January but if still available in the summer will become a target.

A potential loan deal for Kaka has been rumoured but the only stumbling block will be wages.

Jermaine Defoe has also been discussed. This deal could happen as the player is frustrated with the lack of game time at Spurs. This would cost between £9m - £12m.

Its well known WEnger has at least 50 mill to spend without sales.

Wenger doesnt have 20 million he has around 50-60 million as the board and especially gazidis have said they are giving wenger a big financial backing for january.
