This is an official appeal to all gooners to support and get behind Bendtner for this season. I am not a fan of Big Nick's attitude and off the field distractions, and yes I agree that he definitely underperformed during his stint here.

But to be fair, he was deployed at LW most of the time and never really got consistent playing time. Anyone who has seen him play for Denmark knows he can score goals once he's focused and I think he will surprise a few people this year. He can be a real handful for defenders on his day.

We're going to need him this year so let's give him the support he needs. If he does s**t, then we can offload him, nothing to lose but a lot to gain.

Your right, there is no point getting in his back. He shows that when when he hits a pruple patch he can score goals. And who knows maybe Ozil can make even him look good!

I don't understand why arsenal fans just jump on the latest band wagon, yes ozil is a decent buy no doubt, but hypothetically 2 weeks ago you needed 4, 5 maybe 6 players and you get one big buy and all is dandy that isn't how it works what if he gets injured then your back to square 1 no? Also he wasn't the type of player you've been crying out for in midfield. This is just my opinion so if you have any reasoning behind your thought process let me know. SNM

+1 Trinidad Gooner. Especially about the left wing (although he may have limited himself to that substitute role by attitude on the training ground, who knows how theses things play out) I'd hate to hear booing if he stepped on the pitch. Let his future sort itself out but we want our players to play well and to want to play for us. Our future and his will be better if we cheer, not boo.

Never had a problem with super nick to be honest, let's hope when he recovers from surgery (don't know exactly what it was) we can get him back in training and firing. But please don't waste him on the wing!
