There are such clauses, Arsene and Ivan both confirmed this when he was sold. It was the sole reason that he went for such a low fee.

From what I know.
1. We have first refusal clause.
2. We have 50% PROFIT sharing clause. So considering we got 35m for cesc from barca. If barca sell cesc for anything more than 35m we will get half of the profit they made on cesc. (So it's not that big a thing)
3. I don't know of any buy-back clause but knowing wenger you can expect one for the same amout barca paid us.

Yes. There IS such a clause.

1: We have a first refusal clause.

2: We have a 30m GBP (35m Euro) Buy-back clause.

3: We also have a 50% sell-on clause - Barca have put a 175m GBP buy-out clause on his contract for clubs other than, Arsenal.

These clauses as stated above, were confirmed both by AW and IG. And if you look back to Aug 2011 press it's all in there, as well.
