My friends an estate agent and has confirmed his agency has shown Wayne Rooney a number of houses in London over the last week, with Wayne being particularly interested in the local schooling.

Maybe this is the turning point as Rooney shows his intent to a potential move

Most current Arsenal players don't live in London they live nearer the training ground which is based in London Colney Hertfordshire.
