Ed - have you heard anything about a late bid coming in for Gustavo from Napoli? That would be frustrating to miss out on someone else and they can guarantee him 100% Champions League football. He has mentioned however that he'd like to play for us

Also, I've been out of the country for a couple of weeks, is our supposed interest in Felliani and Cesar now over?

{Ed022's Note - Napoli have speculated interest in Gustavo but to be honest, from what I know, Gustavo has his heart set on the Premier League. Chelsea and Arsenal have been credited with an interest so I expect him to come to England, hopefully to Arsenal. Fellaini (in Wenger's opinion) is too expensive at £22m plus. Cesar is still available but is asking for a four year deal at 70k per week which Napoli, Fiorentina and evidently Arsenal are not keen on. Unless he drops his demands substantially then he will be in the Championship in a World Cup year...}

fellaini too expensive @ £22m? in todays market he's worth every penny. he's big and very good at defending corners/set pieces and poses a threat at corners. for a big bloke he's incredibly skillful and very good at breaking up play from opposition and setting up counter attacks. also very good at sitting in front of back four.
yes wenger said he's expensive but wenger wouldn't pay £22m even if messi was on offer. £70m to spend? bloody spend it than
