A left back is not needed! what's needed is centre back, defence midfiled, left winger and striker, possibly goal keeper aswell

Coentrao also plays LW, and centre midfield.
He's a utility player, and a good one.
To be honest, if we got him for under Â£10m I'd take him.

Mardrid paid Â£25ml for him so will want at least Â£18 for him, he plays well at LW an tha would mean no more playin cazorla out there from time to time an also can move pold in central an alternate him with giroud, yes we need a top top striker but right now don't see that happening

Agree entirely with canning84, any striker we bring in during the remaining time of this window will NOT be world class.

Island Gooner, you may disagree but this is the type of player that could very well save us some embarrassment. He is available, a utility player and worth the investment. If you're holding out for the likes of Gundogan or Bender. Good luck with that.

I genuinely don't see us getting a world class striker (hope wenger makes me eat my words) but I see more of being help to ransom by someone like swansea for michu he is a good player, but let's not 4get only one good season in the PL, so they will act on araenals desperation an get at least Â£25ml .
