Is it true Arsenal are trying to move Mert on this summer? If so who are the club looking at in terms of replacements?

Wenger has stated that he isn't looking to purchase any defenders and I believe him. We have:
RB: Debuchy & Bellerin - Chambers
LB: Gibbs & Monreal
CB: Mertesacker - Chambers
CB: Koscielny & Gabriel

Jenkinson can also be considered, unless we sell or loan him out again.

Defensive options look good and I can't see Wenger selling Mertesacker.
