Any truth in Man City offering cash plus sterling in an effort to convince arsenal to sell Sanchez? Thanks.

{Ed002's Note - My understanding is that Manchester City will make a proposal today - ideally they would like to include a player in the deal and Sterling would be top of that list. Else they will offer straighht cash. They want an early resolution as they have a Plan B that they will revert to.}

Good shout ed. You called it, again.

{Ed002's Note - You can expect Arsenal to make a serious push for Draxler now - as discussions were held with another side yesterday.}

Sanchez out - Draxler and Sterling in? Sounds great to me.

{Ed002's Note - Just to answer Dave above "Ed002 offer me some hope are MU looking to make a proposal if not can you pitch the idea that we will throw Smalling in."

Whilst I still expect Sanchez to go, and I expect it to be dealt with by Wednesday evening regardless of whether or not another player (Sterling or someone else) is included. Manchester City want this done and they have a Plan B if it doesn't happen which they will certainly start working on today. It is not out of the question that Manchester United or another side could step in with an offer - but right now there appears to be little chance of that. MU made a mess of the Perisic deal which could have been completed at the start of the window.}

Losing sanchez and getting sterling and draxler is poor not good.
Sterling hit and miss and draxler unproven in prem.
And they ain't the sort of players you need. You needed a matic a van dijk. Strong leaders.

Any chance of PSG stepping in with similar offers ed considering we have serious interest in draxler or have thei attentions be moved elsewhere. Sorry in advance if this has been done to death it just looks in the posts above that with the window soon to close things have started to move.

{Ed002's Note - PSGs interest was related to Mbappe who they expect to have addressed later today or perhaps tomorrow - so they should be removed form possible buyers.}

Another thing would be absolutely gutted if Raheem sterling came to Arsenal. Another in the vein of ox, Walcott and weak sulky attitude last sort of player we want in the club.

You are going to send United fans into meltdown with that little snippet of hope.

Personally I think Sanchez would be a fantastic addition for United. They made a mess of Perisic, I'm sure Jose is looking for alternatives. I'd be very surprised if Sanchez is one.

Sterling is worse than Walcott, desperation setting in.

If we are seriously considering yielding to city then it has to be a cash lump for me and look elsewhere sterling is worse than some of the players where trying to offload . The only city player I'd be interested in would be augero and there's no chance of that.

There's a chance of getting Sane in the deal, Ed?

{Ed002's Note - I have no idea what you mean. You make a stement and put a question mark after.}

I know this is probably an impossible question to answer so apologies if it is but Would Draxler be prepared to join us?

{Ed002's Note - No idea.}

Sorry for my grammar, not my native lenguage.
Is there any chance that city could involve Sane in the deal?

{Ed002's Note - No.}

Any chance Arsenal pushing for Aquero in the deal instead of Stirling? I personally wouldn't be happy taking Stirling. Sanchez is a game changer. He can win a game single handedly. We're in need of players with this quality.

{Ed002's Note - They could ask of course.}

Sterling to Arsenal is the nail in the coffin. It's worse than a bad joke. Walcott scored 20 goals last season, he's got more threat than sterling. This news would send me over the edge, and to be honest I'm not far off it, its a shambles and the hold top of the club is rotten.
