Well done to Emery and the team.
To those Emery doubters, in his first season he has reached the EL final and obtained more points than last season, with 3 players out injured for a large part of the season and two more for the run in.
Im looking forward to the final, it would amazing to win, with a trophy and CL at stake.

He has done superb work in the EL, we have looked the best team consistently in the competition. Emery deserves huge credit for that.

However - I am not a 'doubter' per se - it's undeniable that we have fallen apart when top 4 was there for the taking. The club needs to have a hard discussion about its direction because our league performance this season when 3rd was in our grasp was, frankly, embarrassing. A win against Palace and Brighton and we could have sealed it.

Every club has injuries Robbie. Only one of those were starting 11 players at the start of the season. That cannot be used as a safety net for the teams performance this season. Bottom line is we blew a great chance in the league. Better tactics and better defensive organisation and we'd be sitting 3rd in the league. We could be sitting here talking about adding 3 to 4 players to improve the squad but no, we need 4 to 5 players to improve the starting 11. Minimal improvement on last season. On top of that it is reported that the club is expected to announce losses of 70m on the year before.

Well said RG

Some people should take a hard look at themselves and decide where their loyalties are.

In EMERY we trust!

Funny that Mark, I actually suspected you were a spud during Arsenes Last 10 seasons :-)
Now with your all new Emery obsession I'm more convinced than ever mate :-) :-)

Paddy. Of course the injuries had huge effect, being without Bellerin and Holding who were two on-form regulars, as well as Welbeck, who gave us options across the front line. Then to lose Ramsey was a massive blow. Suarez is a mystery to me, but was also injured, which meant our squad was missing 5 players to injury, plus recent suspensions for Maitland-Niles, Torreria and Sokratis, meant the remaining players in the squad playing when at times played when fatigued, carrying injuries or rushed back from injury.
During the first season with Emery in charge we brought in 6 players, which is as many as can be sensibly integrated into the squad and will need to do the same again next season, as the squad wil lose Cech, Ramsey and Welbeck for certain, plus other who will be moved on.

Now, now John, call me what ever you like, but don't ever associate with that crap from the other end of the Seven Sisters.

Fair enough Mark mate, it was a bit harsh :-)
But you've got to admit questioning others loyalty because they have the audacity to doubt the current manager ability is more than a tad rich.
