Much as I thought, an extremely tough match against a quality Liverpool team. Clearly an improvement on last season's corresponding fixture.
Another tough match against toot next weekend. I would like to see Torreira start.
I am in two minds whether we should start with the trio of Pepe, Lacazette and Aubameyang, as it leaves us without an attacking option on the bench.
Against Liverpool I thought our midfield was overrun until Torreira came on. Against top 6 sides, I think playing two youngsters, Guendouzi and Willock isn't ideal. Perhaps in a 4-3-3: Leno - AMN Sokratis Luiz Kolasinac- Torreira Ceballos Xhaka - Pepe Lacazette Aubameyang.

Agreed 911. We need to overrun Spurs in the midfield to starve Kane of service, and I think Torreira/ Willock/ Ceballos (or Xhaka) is the perfect way to do that.

{Ed0666's Note - Ndombele, Winks Sissoko & Le Celso will be a tough midfield to overrun mate.

Ndombele may not be fit, and Lo Celso hasn't yet completed a game for Spurs I think. Torreira will be key to this game I think.
