Here's a thought. Maybe Arsenal HAVE signed some players maybe Hig, Fabregas, who knows but also maybe Arsenal are being cagey about announcing it just yet because it puts a message out there to other teams of our position little bit like a game of poker. So if we were to put a bid in for let's say Suarez there is no way Liverpool would want to sell him to our team knowing what it's strength would be. Could just be you know! In the meantime we all get frustrated but there may be a good reason and this could be it. Strategy. {Ed029's Note - Or just rubbish.}

Complete rubbish statement.

So PSG will hold off anouncing the signing of Cavani, Monaco would prefer not to announce they have signed Falcao.
Chelsea would hold off anouncing the signing of Messi or Rooney.

I would't rule out Wenger having agreed some deals in secret, but I do not think its for the reason you stated.
