TBH I personally don't care who is responsible anymore, I don't care about the "be careful what you wish for" brigade, I just want to see fresh ideas and a new direction. Fantastic foundations have been laid that much is true, however I think it is time the board make the tough decisions they are paid to make by putting in place a management team that are capable of bringing success on the pitch.

I think the board have the exact person in charge that they want, the board and silent Stan are the problem not the manager, if he walked tomorrow they board would look for a carbon copy replacement and nothing would change!
