I think we ideally need 2 CB's to repalce Mustafi and the aging and now injury prone Kos. Holding is a talent but still raw and we don't know how quickley he will get up to speed after such a long lay off. Chambers will come back but I think he might be better deplayed as a DM. Lichtstiener is not really up to the pace of the EPL at his age now so not really counting him for any menignful contribution.

Our full backs bar perhaps Monreal are poor defending so short of also buying a couple of fullbacks also I think we are better going 3 CB's at the back and use Bellerin/ AMN and Kolasinac/ Monreal as wingbacks wit their strenths going forward.

Cannon -- Leno has been our best player of late, although I myself was not totally convinced by him at the start I now I think he should be our number 1, and promote Marinez as Number 2 rather than getting a new keeper at this stage. I can't see Bellerin or Xhaka being sold Emery seems to like them both. Nketiah still too soon to see if can make it or not but others in your list yeah fair game for leaving or are indeed leaving anyway Cech and Ramsey.

Teilemans is definitely a good shout in midfield looks impressive. And yeah Zaha much better in the wide position than Mkhi who has been very poor tbh. These 2 alone though would blow our budget I would imagine even with sales I think the priority has be replacing Mustafi and Kos first.
