Yes we have a good squad not brilliant but good with plenty of young talented players to develop plus some quality older players providing an excellent base for the right man to build on
Anyone with a good coaching knowledge good motivational skills who is tactically aware and understands you can't be successful without first being difficult to score past would do very very well with us in my opinion.
The right man with an uncomplicated easy to buy into philosophy would do really well.

With our squad, I would think they would for exactly that reason.

Of course. We have a modern stadium, superb training facilities, a decent squad and some excellent young players.
It’s a good job to take as we are underachieving.
We are able to pay a high salary.
I am certain Mourinho would jump at the chance to manage us.

I know we're the arsenal but we're no where near the arsenal of old are we and do you think the board would back a new manager with money if needed.

Personally I think we have a squad to challenge for top three and believe in improving what we have so correct manager won’t need hundreds of millions at least initially. Football has always been cyclical ask Leeds QPR Ipswich Liverpool ( Europe not included) Spurs all not having won the league in donkeys years. I am certain Emery isn’t the man long term but trust me ( I’m a gynaecologist) we are still a massive club and most managers would crawl over broken glass to manage us! Just not Moanio COYG.

Besr potential jobs in English football that should exite any ambitious manager who wants to become an absolute legend at that club
Make Liverpool premier league champions for the first time ( already looks like it's in very safe hands )
Get Manchester United back to where Fergie left them
Get Arsenal back to where Arsene Wenger had them before he lost his way.
Win a trophy with Newcastle
Make Leeds United a premier league force again.
All very big clubs with huge fan bases where the manager that delivers on those fans dreams will be talked about long long after he retires from the game.
We may have been looking at very poor imitation of our true self's for more than a decade now but are a huge deal English football Arsenal.

{Ed002's Note - At the brown acid again?}
