I always want Arsenal to win.
Though, I feel we need a change of manager as it has now been reported that Torreira is unhappy and wants a meeting to discuss a move away.
From what seemed a relatively happy squad, Emery has alienated: Xhaka, Torreira, Ozil and Mustafi. Fans may not be too concerned that these players may be moved on, but an unsettled squad doesn’t bode well l. After the poor midweek performance, a defeat at Leicester tomorrow should signal a change of manager during the International break. Bring on Mourinho, the sooner the better.

{Ed025's Note - mourinho really 911?, i can see the clamor for a new manager as its obvious that emery is not the man, but surely there has to be a better fit than the dinosaur that is jose with his play to not get beat rather than win attitude to football management, out of the frying pan and all that for me mate..

Alienating Torreira maybe, I love Ozil personally but you have to say Ozil included they all have to look at themselves and you can’t put all the blame on emery, yes I think a change is needed but Jose no way. How on earth are you going to translate that to the Arsenal fans that are so divided regardless of weather he could bring some sort of respite or not! Crazy talk,! Emery has a two year deal! He has to dramatically turn it round or else.

{Ed047's Note - Mourinho is done as a manager for me, outdated bitter horrible little man who would bring nothing to this club.

That and he won’t want Klopp and Guardiola kicking his butt again.

Yes it's strange to want your own team to lose but if Emery stays until May we will definitely be a Europa league side again next season while if he leaves we Might make top 4 without him.
We saw fans stay away in they're thousands during Arsenes final season it's difficult to imagine fans will be more willing to continue watching worse football and even worse results under a manager without Arsenes history to fall back on.
We are done and dusted under Emery while without him everything becomes possible again.

Cant believe mourinho is being mention for the Arsenal job. The biggest asset of Arsenal is its youth. Mourinho's track record is terrible with young players.

I'm 99% sure Jose Mourinho will not be our next manager, remember all the paper talk about Artetta?
It's not the Arsenal way to do their dirty or clean washing in public,
If the club has anyone in mind my guess it will be handled in a private and dignified way and only made public when appropriate and certainly wouldn't involve our top people being seen dining with or entertaining any potential new manager in full public view in a way that would embarrass the current manager or the club itself.

Mourinho is a winner. He has won trophies at every club he has been at. He will sort out the defensive side of our game. Of course I am realistic and realise he will only be a short term solution, but there is no obvious candidate available at present. Perhaps Allegri, if he is ready to resume managing and has learnt English.
I also like Benitez, Rodgers and Ajax’s manager.
However, for me Mourinho is the one. I don’t feel he is a dinosaur, he has his own unique winning style.

Not being funny RG but you were saying pretty much the same things about Emery a little while back, him and his 10 trophies and all mate.
Mourinho was the main man no question about that but his time between leaving and returning to the premier had a pefound change on him for the worse sadly.
Yes he won the title with Chelsea in the second season on his return but look what happened within months of that title win that brought about his leaving Chelsea once more so shortly after making them champions.
At United? He made LVG'S football look attractive whilst pretty much upsetting everyone in a 5 mile radius of old Trafford and eventually becoming far to bizarre fur United to take any longer just as he had Chelsea before them.
All that before we even get started on the unprofessional uncivilised totally unnecessary way he tried to belittle our most successful manager ever at every possible opportunity regardless if we were playing his team or not and why? Pure nastiness jealousy, it would be the darkest day in our clubs history if such a thing should ever happen but thankfully it won't happen and why? Because Arsenal football club aren't the sort of club to chuck every principle out of the window because it might or might not suit at a particular time.

{Ed047's Note - I would be genuinely gobsmacked if the club employed that clown.

It would be a sad day for me.

George Swindon was our manager when I started to support Arsenal, so I’ve seen it all. To me this seems like the Ricoh days, think they were 60 odd. Emery is all over the place, Jose for all his many faults could do a George Graham for us. On a max 2 yr deal he would at least show us how to defend and make a proper midfield. He would then need to move on as he fouls up year 3. That allows us to get a long term manager sorted.

{Ed047's Note - really don’t see the need to bring him in sagalout. We could use Freddie until the club sort out a real manager at the end of the season.

People like Nagelsmann or Rogers would be much more likely to join after a season than mid way through.

Mourinho is a road we really don’t want to go down for me.

Freddie has done a good job, is he ready to step up? He’s un proven at this level, should we take that chance? As for Rodgers, he left Celtic for Leicester a step up, would he then leave us for a step up. We have to except where we are midtable, god that hurts but we are. If we want to become an elite club again we need a proven elite manager and & we need him for 3 yrs at least. But we need to act quick we are on the way to drop further . It looks like that phrase lost the dressing room is starting. What elite managers or close to that are available to us. Who ever that is we need to act now.

It simply won't happen, if you think about it logically and put together all the pieces that make Jose=Jose and Arsenal=Arsenal there is absolutely no possible way thay could ever fit together.
Jose himself would need a complete personality transplant and Arsenal would need to abamdon everything the club has ever been in its long as and proud history.
