Do Cascarino say, sell;

🔹Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang 🤷‍♂️
🔹Alexandre Lacazette ✅
🔹David Luiz, ✅✅✅✅✅
🔹Mesut Ozil ✅✅
🔹Shkodran Mustafi. ✅✅✅✅✅

Add
Torriera, Bellerin, Papa, Pepe, Granit, Chambers,

Keep - Aubameyang

Call me the butcher but I'd like a clear out and start again and raise money. I know it's not PES but one can hope.

{Ed047's Note - you butcher! 😂 I’m going to disagree slightly as I’d keep Lacazette, Bellerin and Torriera the rest are a definite for me.

Would definitely sell Aubameyang, I’ve never rated him and his work rate is so poor. Anyone that disagrees please see him without the ball against Everton on Saturday.

Surely the first thing is to have an honest conversation and find out who would ideally like to leave given the chance and do all you can to accommodate their wishes.

Then start butchering where you feel necessary.

If Auba Lacca Torreira would ideally like move on then I wouldn't see them as being the greatest influence to have around the place.

Better a fully committed a Jordan Henderson than a disruptive Paul Pogba in your camp in my opinion.

The only thing worse than having incapable players is having unwilling players.

{Ed047's Note - I think you need to find out why they want to leave and if you consider them good enough then see what you can do to change their mind. The right coach could make a big difference.

Then you have an opportunity to see him play to see his commitment.

If the players not good enough, no need for any conversation.

I wouldn’t argue too much with you Ed as I was being brutal with Bellerin and Torriera.

I think we could get a lot of money for Bellerin and I have doubts about his crossing and defending. Torriera - not disciplined, lightweight and falls over.

Both could come good but both could command high transfer fees and replaces more appropriately.

Laca doesn’t have a great link up play as he’s slightly heavy footed and PEA scores more but PEA is bloody lazy.

{Ed047's Note - I think Torriera is good enough at what he does to keep, better coaching for him and Bellerin could be the difference.

I don’t think Emery did anything to help either of them, especially Torriera and a good coach would do that.

Agree on both Lacazette and Aubameyang, the latter definitely needs to up his defensive game from the front and I just like Lacazette but know what you mean.

The rest, yep butcher away! 😂

There is definitely a poor mentality that still exists from pre Emery days and all those have shared it for so long now are highly unlikely to lose it.

Will Artetta be the George we desperately need or yet another poor Arsene impersonator like Emery, only time will tell.

You've got to give pepe some time tho, he's still young and coming from the french league to a much tougher league, let him adopt and you will see a beast, he is not scared to dribble even if it doesn't work out with him but it will because he's got the skill, just remember when ronaldo started using his skills.
As for the rest butcher away bro.

It was tough putting Pepe on the list but he’s so one footed and sane trick pony. He’s really not shown much at all and we can recover a decent amount of money still where as another poor season and we can write off 40 to 50m of his value. Not sure his desire or strength is suitable for epl to be honest. Hence cashing in while still decent valuation.

What I want is to free up funds to get Upamecano, Saliba, Holding and Mavropanos as our CDs. Then two beasts in CDM and some decent fast dribbling wingers along with a solid right back. Reinvest wisely but must sell big to reinvest.

Speaking of Pepe, what price rewinding the clock and signing the premier league proven Wilfred Zaha for the same money instead now? I know Zaha isn't having a great season but I think we might have had something to do with that too.

I’d swap for sure. We probably could have kept 10m in the bank if we’d chosen Zaha at the time.

I would sell Pea buy Zaha (work rate and goals) and keep Pepe (needs strengthening and detailed coaching - can become world class - with discipline) . Zaha left Pepe right when there is a need for change Pepe off Saka on Zaha goes right. Lacazette in the middle with Martinelli as replacement.

Out
Xhaka
Maitland-Niles
Ozil
Bellerin
Sokraits
Luiz
Mustafi.

{Ed025's Note - sell PEA?, thats a massive shout yard, laca and pepe would both go before him for me mate..
