Hi Ed.
How far do you think Nicholas Pepe is in making your top 10? What do you think he needs to work on to get there?
I'm not asking because he plays for my team or because of his price tag. In asking because having watched him play even before his Arsenal days, I think I he has something special. He is just a but raw according me.

I think he lacks confidence and plays with his head down too much.
Arteta has proved that he can improve the games of players in Pepe's postion so hopefully we will see some improvement.

Top 10 worst buy in last 5 years - yep.

Top 10 in our Normal starting line up which includes Luiz, Mustafi, Granit, Torreira, Matteo etc - not a difficult top 10 to breach.

He’s in my top 10 to sell

I’m not a fan and wish we’d never bought him to be honest. More to do with his ineffectiveness, not necessary and lacks penetration. Sorry.

Wrong player for the wrong reasons, signing Pepe was meant to be a show of ambition and intent by then manager, Josh and pals but in reality it highlighted one and all were way out of thier depths.
