From the very first day I walked into the Emirates I loved it. Highbury was great but like steam trains, bi planes and all other items in everyday use in the 1930s, it was well past it’s best in the end. Emirates every day of the week and twice on Sunday for me.

Emirates is an amazing stadium but I don’t think the team have made it a home or a fortress, while the lack of a north bank or clock end has impacted the atmosphere while the way the club has been run has let us down means we don’t seem to have jumped performance wise since the move - hence the negativity. Doesn’t mean the stadium isn’t beautiful.

Be ever so humble there is no place like home!
To me the Emirates feels like a corporate building without a heart beat, it's impressive to look at but doesn't create an atmosphere that carries you along with it and makes you forget the outside world for 90 minutes.
