No surprise there. Club has made lots of bad decisions over the last decade and retaining Leno over Martinez is one of them. And I won't be surprised if he himself is pushing for a move.

There will be quite a few up for sale I suspect. Selling them, however, might prove a bit difficult in the current climate. Our (Arteta's) wish list for players is already in trouble if we cannot shift any players.

Not poor, not to blame for this season, just bang average.
It’s not Leno’s fault he isn’t Martinez or that he was restored to the first team when Martinez had replaced him - brilliantly - when he’d been injured. That was the buffoon Arteta’s doing.
Be we need shot of players like Leno: there are about fourteen others in the current first team squad or out on loan who should go to.

Martinez is no better or worse than Leno. If we’d sold Leno we would still have let in just as many goals and everyone would have been annoyed that we chose the wrong keeper. Both are average/ just above average. Wish people would stop saying Martinez is some kind of saviour - he isn’t.
