Really could be about secure asset for greater returns in a couple of years. Not to put a dampener on it Sally but his stock is going up and if we fail to win things his ambition could take him elsewhere.

Enjoy the day Yard when Sally broke the fantastic news Sir Kieran signed long term! Strikes me as a loyal lad who says he`s happy where he is . Let`s enjoy it not be cynical! If we don`t improve in two years fair play he should leave with everyone`s thanks but what if we do improve? He will be a massive part of that and our future captain! Even if that is the reason, its still great news, that's been our down fall imo and hopefully it signals a change of tact, I can't remember many players they've offered a contract to when it's still in the players interest to sign, it seemed they normally let it get down to the last minute and then you either have to pay something crazy to keep them or they might go for free.
