How do M City have a man sent off yet Leicester kept 11 men on the pitch, same offence receiving a different coloured card

Awful isn't it. Know we won the game but could well have cost us points another week. Twice its happened now. That kick on saka the other week now this. 2 missed red cards i'd say.

I thought the fouls were slightly different to be honest. Not sure enough to be such different outcomes but the foul on the Palace player started with the Palace player already away from the City defender. Our one started with PEA facing our goal and not running or anything towards their goal. The foul continued as PEA turned and then faced the Leicester goal before falling to the ground. There is a fine line between the two but there are differences. I guess it depends on when the foul was committed like being pulled back by your shirt as you run into the box but fall inside the box. Is the foul when it starts or ends. If it’s at the first part of the foul and it’s a free kick outside the box then decision yesterday was right. Just an unbiased look at it. I know motd said straight red but I think PEA turned the defender after the initial foul.

If search YouTube for (count the basketball passes) . Them watch the short video concentrating on counting the passes, you will definitely be more understanding of referees in future ????.

End of the day SY forwards were / would have been through on goal that’s all that matters if the foul hadn’t have happened in PEA he’d have been off and running towards the goal ……. Irrelevant now anyway.
