Interesting to see Beilik play at centre back tonight, second game in a row he's played there now

Sorry for taking the mickey further down, but let's hope your boys and United can step up next year and we have a proper competition. City are ageing and Chelsea are not convincing. If Wenger and LVG buy well and continue the progress of this year we might be back to the old days of United and Arsenal fighting Iit out. Looking forward to it.

Its all good AJH, personally I think it would be brilliant if Arsenal utd chavs and city are all improved next season and none of us have any serious injury issues to talk of.
A real good proper title race where the best footballing team finishers top of the heap would be brilliant for all to watch neutrals as well as fans who's teams are involved, I'm confident we'll be more than able to to compete with anyone and everyone next time round.

13 Apr 2015 21:34:26
I would rather see Spurs competing for the title. You have the most aggressive, nasty natured fans in the country. I remember going to a arsenal- United charity shield game when I was about 8 or 9 and grown men, United fans where shouting abuse at me and throwing stuff. Frankly you can go back to the mediocre 7th place mediocrities that you deserve.

13 Apr 2015 21:58:56
wow spurs saint? Guess the new breed of young fans is not as loyal and tribal as the old school.

Bless ya cottons

All good banter AJH.

Keep an eye on your mate Chris, he's being a bit naughty lately

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - hes just defending his teams corner dags...but hes like phil jones.. crap at it.. :)

13 Apr 2015 23:40:40
Lol naughty? Sorry matey just banter.

No harm intended Buddy, like having a a bit Mickey taking on this page u guys can take it and give it to all in the right way normally. Apologies if I have come across in a less than 'jokey' way. Your a top lad.

Right so anyone feeling like a whining, old fuddy duddy who's time of the month has come? :)

Agree0 Disagree1

13 Apr 2015 23:42:48
Ed now that's just harsh. Phil Jones? I'm not that reckless and poor am I?

I happen to think I'm bloody brilliant.

Agree0 Disagree1

{Ed025's Note - i do too chris...but you dont want me going all soft on you do you mate?.. :)

14 Apr 2015 00:01:53
To actually post a reply to AJH lol, I totally agree, I think United and arsenal have some very, very exciting times ahead if they can play the next few Windows well it could really go off again.

Arsenal should be much further along than us in there development and are atm and if not for there annual bad 2/3 months this year would of been rightly up there amongst it imo if not leading.

We are catching up at a very fast rate and with the money spent we bloody should be! It's worked out ironic that some of the players bought are being kept out by players who are now fighting like premier league winners should do to stay in the team.

Next season I expect Chelsea to do some serious business to try and cement there title and it's up to us and arsenal to be better than them.

I have doubts whether either will win the title next season but expect both to have a chance. I'm not convinced we will have all the players needed and I'm not sure arsenal are up for the fight of a title push tbh (that is an honest opinion to). But if the right parts are added we will both have a chance.

everyone needs love sometimes ed, everyone. :)

Of course not mate, it would take away from how this usually works. I say something (usually sensible and correct), u lay down the land mines and sit back and watch your work :)

Agree1 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - land mines..moi?...cluster bombs mate, they do more damage.. :)

14 Apr 2015 08:12:52
I know Ed, Chris is a top lad.

13 Apr 2015 15:48:37
smalling has the same amount of league goals as Danny welbeck. Lmfao. Best 16m we ever got

Believable1 Unbelievable1

13 Apr 2015 16:36:05
Still has more goals than Falcao the best loan deal ever.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 16:37:13
If I were you I'd be more concerned that Smalling has scored the same amount of PL goals as Falcao, plus Welbeck has found goals in other competitions whilst Radamel hasn't. Best £6m loan you've ever spent.

Agree1 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 17:13:09
Nah hood I think signing Kallstrom is still the best ever mate. Falcao has actually gained us points this season whereas Kallstrom just made sure u injury was fully stocked.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 17:16:47
CTR I'd be more worried that he's scored more than dobby, your record breaking transfer....60 mil was it??

Whoops

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 17:27:21
Moyes boys are bailing you out nicely this season I see Chris, if your lucky LVGs will do the same for next seasons manager and if you carry on like that 5 more managers and you'll have a proper team

Agree1 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 17:41:55
Chris, you're clutching at straws now mate. Kallstrom wasn't the best loan deal in the world but it was a January deal and we didn't pay £6m for his, erm, 'services'. You've just won your biggest game of the season, you should be out celebrating instead of being on here surely?

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 17:57:25
Let's not talk about managers getting bailed out this season, hey g62?

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 19:00:36
Just 5 mangers and £750 million extra on your debt (FFP allowing of corse) to go till your next title Chris can you contain yourself I ask?

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 20:03:15
Chris is such a tease isn't he? Just out of curiosity, is it just the 1 trophy in the last 9 years?

Agree1 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 20:08:21
Chris, have a look at the league table, simples.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 20:09:48
Maybe you should play smalling up front and falcao at cb as smalling can't defend and falcao couldn't hit a barn door with a tank

Agree1 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 20:59:33
Don't need him 2 really though do we 337? We have Rooney, Herrera, young, Mata etc getting the goals.

Yes saint u are (for now) above us, that I can not deny. By hook or by crook you have somehow managed to get another end of season run going.

G62, we will still win the title before arsenal mate, that I'm am very confident of. How's those cash reserves going by the way? Can u actually spend them now with FFP? I think u might of been fed a corner there.

Tony, I just can't help myself :)

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 21:34:00
Why even bother wasnt there was a player called Djemba Djemba, now that is some signing, and kallestorm also has a medal btw.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 22:04:03
So does rvp hood. :)

Let's not go over each other's terrible signings yeh? Mind u at least many of ours have those shiney things called medals and trophies :)

Like a lot of your players that jumped ship as soon as they could to go to proper clubs that take winning things seriously.

Oh hood my friend I think this could be the start of a wonderful relationship banter wise. I've seen ya posts this is going to be fun.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 22:22:00
You do realise Chris that should you get past dover next season FFP does apply don't you?
Its just that they panic if a team is a 100 - 200 million in debt, they'll love you should you get introduced

Agree1 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 22:51:04
U are aware that most teams carry an amount of debt ain't ya G62? Or is this another 'we are arsenal, and u will not pop this bubble' thought?

how many European cups have u got now? Have u even got 1? U must have even Nottingham forrest do.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Apr 2015 08:52:01
Most clubs carry an amount of debt :-) that's like Wayne Rooney saying most people do something with their hair now and then Chris

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Apr 2015 22:05:31
And Anderson still has more Premier league medals than your entire team

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - yet not as many world cup winners medals as merts or ozil or even podolski..

13 Apr 2015 12:22:36
Håvard Nordtveit looks set to be playing champions league football next year. i was always a huge fan and thought he would make it here

Believable1 Unbelievable0

13 Apr 2015 13:18:22
Watched him in a gladbach Wolfsburg game that I was writing on and he was very good, fills the space well and wins a lot in the air.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 13:22:53
Just had a look at my notes, turns out he was at fault for a goal in that game... Haha, still, he seamed good. Probably not arsenal quality but very capable

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 12:18:49
so will we break the 80 point mark this season? we finished on 79 last season i believe

Believable0 Unbelievable0

13 Apr 2015 12:57:06
84 is the max and obviously we'd all love to get that but I think we couldn't be devastated at 80 as drawing with both chavs and utd would hardly be a disgrace.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 13:07:18
5 wins from 6, the way we've been playing it's possible.

13 Apr 2015 10:50:29
After spending an hour on the phone to my boss, I may not of got the night of work, but I get to start late when we play hull city.
It's good job I work within spitting distance of the kc.

12 Apr 2015 23:44:05
Le coq, cazorla, giroud and Özil have all been stealing the headlines of late, but let's have a moment for Rambo, been quieltly excellent of late and yesterday bagged his 9th goal of the season despite being so heavily hampered with injuries

Believable1 Unbelievable1

13 Apr 2015 10:16:27
How goods that thought :-) so many headline player's the press can't fit them all in, reason to be cheerful 78

Agree1 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 13:25:03
for me its been bellerin...he reminds me of jordi alba to the tee..though his defense needs more work.

besides schneiderlin who i hope we capture, we are 1 player away, be it sterling, reus, dybala and to a lesser degree pedro, i think we can contend if we can add decent depth and keep hold of our other players. even walcott. we need depth and we can win the title next season. i know we have clome close before and then we have crumbled with big players leaving but we can be a bit optimistic.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 15:43:28
If anyone other than Sanchez does not get POTY I'd seriously question the sanity of all gooners more than I currently do.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 16:02:59
Interesting Lakers, knowing that Reus won't leave Dortmund... Ever of the remaining players pedro is the one I'm most keen on by quite some distance

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 16:50:10
looks like CTR is going to give ashley young the POTY gong by the looks of it.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2015 17:10:01
Reus will not be a Dortmund player next season in my view.

Pedro will have same impact as navas
