Gundogan to manu. Quite glad tbh. He'd replace arteta and I'd rather a wanyama or stick to let coq

Iv never seen carvalho play so won't comment. He has mendes as an agent I think. Chances are the fee will be massive. Some say his forms dropped off abit

I think Gundogan would of been a fantastic signing for any top European 2 years ago. Injuty problems have reslly stunted his growth as a player, much like Wilshere.

He'll be a good signing for Man U, if he stays off the treatment table. Id of thought theyd opt for a more physical presence in Midfield, such as Carvalho or Strootman.

Hope some fans don't embarrass their self's and most importantly the club on Sunday by giving Cesc a bad reception, to boo him would be perfetic and make us look like a small time bitter outfit who are unable to appreciate some times great players move on for the right reasons that are not about money and greed but childhood dreams.
Opinion and rumours are devided on whether he wanted to come home last summer before joining Chelsea, Alex Songs says 100% an Arsenal return was very much top of Cesc wish list and only when that wasn't possible did he look else where.
One thing is certain Cesc Fabregas was a wonderful player for us and if were not able to give him a great reception let's at least not give him a sily one that may hurt him on the day but will hurt the club for much longer.

{Ed007's Note - Shouldn't you be the one that's embarrassed, that could quite possibly be THE worst ever post I've had to read. I've actually just been a bit sick in my mouth after reading it.}

There is more to Fabregas then meets the eye.

Before he joined Barcelona for the send time after leaving his 'childhood club' Arsenal didn't want to sell him for a low fee. Barcelona wasn't willing to pay more than 25 million for a player that they thought was thier, Barcelona dna blah blah blah. So Fabregas was so desperate to push a move he gave up a 5m loyalty bonus which he was due. Barcelona was also willing to pay 175k a week it instead he took a wage of 100k a week and that extra 75k a week went to arsenal. So in theory he was paying his transfer fee out of his pocket.

When it came for his contract renewal he wanted this money back from Barcelona. Barcelona refused to budge and said no. So Fabregas said he wants to leave. Hence why he is at chelsea earning 225k. don't believe fabregas was sold because he didn't fit in. You telling me Barcelona sold fabregas and bought rakitic because he was a better player?

Fabregas short changed arsenal, left Barca again for more money. Will i boo him? no but do i respect him? 100% No

Who cares about him , he plays for another team now and should be treated like all opposing players , respect him but stop worshipping him.

Haha Ed.

I have no time for Fabregas either, call it sour grapes or whatever but I'm also glad we didn't take him back into our team.

Was gutted when we didn't re-sign him, but we have moved on, and are better for it.
I certainly won't boo him, but wouldn't applaud him off the pitch, even if we win convincingly.

yesterdays news along with nasri, rvp and whoever else there is.

took us awhile but those who were only kids then have turned into first team players, ox and rambo to name a few...i don't care to think of cesc...just the team we have now and finishing 2nd with a FA cup trophy to enjoy my summer, hoping we strengthen further.

Thanks for that Ed :-)
To my mind Cesc was absolutely brilliant for us and I wish him no malice what so ever, their are many who have taken a,lot from this club and moved on first chance they got and others who took but gave nothing back, Cesc fits neither of those categories imo.

v Chelsea:

Ospina or Szczesny
Debuchy or Bellerin
Mertesacker (if fit) or Gabriel
Gibbs or Monreal
Welbeck or Walcott

Altough we cannot realistically finish top, I would love to beat Chelsea and finish second.

Ospina
Belerin
Gabriel
Monreal
Neither
Same side that beat Liverpool bar Mertesacker out Gabriel in, that's our best current 11 in my opinion.
Why change what works apart from the obvious weakest link of Mertesacker who if he plays will be a big part of both teams tactics, Chelsea's to exposé him and our to cover him.

g62 neither would mean keeping ramsey out wide, i would say that's pretty risky against chelsea

If Gabriel plays then Belerin would provide the width eden allowing Aaron to stay inside mainly, if Mertesacker plays then Belerin will need to very disaplined and more selective with the attacking side of his game which will mean Aaron spends more time out wide.
Theo starting is a massive gamble that's totally unnecessary to take and Danny I see as the player to come on second half if we need to change things a bit because his work rate is always good even if his performances aren't quite as reliable.
