Please please tell me that this interest in tom cleverly is a joke and just rubbish to fill the papers? I thought taking nani was a bad idea, but this?!
Wenger turned down fabregas as we are supposedly well stocked in that area!
Tom cleverly is not 'exceptional quality' that wenger harps on about. Also I'm sure there's teams who are not our direct rivals we could ship vermaelen off to!
All the feel good factor of the fa cup victory and the endless what if feeling and feeling we could really push on has diminished now. Such a shame, thought we missed a massive chance last year adding strength, seeing as teams around us had new management etc and it was a good chance for us to claim a league title! But this season, with chavs getting fab, costa etc, city adding, united reportedly with 200m and Liverpool adding, we could miss a trick again! Seriously can't see us spending much at all, penny pinching procedures as per usual!

Bloody hope not. Is he exceptional quality? No! . Oh yea he'd be cheap so that trumps being exceptionally talented!
That's what annoys me about the fabregas thing, he is exceptionally talented and will considerably strengthen a rival of ours. Next wenger will be looking at tom cleverly!

If we signed tom cleverly and had the chance to re sign fabregas I will not be attending any arsenal games next season. If Wengers not willing to spend our invested money then i'm not spending my hard earned money on that
Nani is rubbish, podolski is decent and fabregas is the kind of 'exceptional quality' we needed to push forward and claim league titles! Suppose you fancy the idea of tom cleverly playing for us next year to f-gooner?!

Think Liverpool would allow Napoli to take him for 3 mill, not us! Don't think they would assist in strengthening domestic rivals as easy as we do
