This logic is incredibly flawed because obviously no manager ever makes a player world class, the player has it in him and the manager gives him the opportunity to flourish which wenger has obviously done with young players like fabregas, wilshere and zelalem (not sure who this zalalem guy is you mentioned). And the fact that is recent seasons we have made a profit while maintaining the same league positions ( with a little fluctuation shows that the arsene has had more progression with players rather than degression. I know you were simply forwarding the original post just thought I would put my point in :)
Don't see any point in that list, you've failed to mention any positives which would massively be little your list - the Invincibles, champions league final, champions league every year to name a few. You mention how rich we are but wenger can take a lot of credit for us being this rich so even if a new manager was to come in and spend money on players and win many titles or cups then wenger should still receive praise for his part
