Just got off the phone with Ivan. He told me who we are in for this summer. All depending on whether we get top 4. Assuming top 4 it as follows:

Amd An offer for Isco will be made

1.) Is this meant as a joke?
2.) Why would we want cesar? The guy is way past it and make a lot more mistakes than Shezza ever did.
Ashley Williamsis not good enough for Arsenal.
Capoue and Isco would be nice but there are certainly better options than Capoue.
Villa is not worth the money when Jovetic is available.

Lets face it if we had Raphael Varane, he'd probably be playing line Vermaelen and we'd be slating him. If Oxlade Chanberlain was playing for Manchester United we'd be like why didn't we buy him

Just look at the tactics, substations and ability to change formations tonight with Manchester United vs Real Madrid. This must have Arsene Wenger mesmerised. He's probably looking at encyclopaedias thinking can you really do that
1.) Spot on. both managers far far superior
2.) Love looking at substations. Especially the ones above the toilets outside the Emirates

Do you think if we kept RVP into his last year of his contract, we would be in this position in the league?
If so I hope Wenger and the board are happy with the £24 million. We will lose a lot more money if we are out of top 4. We won't be able to attract the top players. Great gamble. And Wenger is complicit with the board, because he could have sold him abroad to Juventus for less. Even he couldn't be that loyal to the board, where he just agreed to sell to Man utd.
So in lamens terms we are screwed!

Totally agree with you. Wenger had the money and the chance to buy in the summer and winter windows. He chose not to. We have been dumped out of all cups, and face a tough fight for fourth. I can't believe people are believing the rumours that he will spend 70 million in the summer. This is simply a ploy to placate the fans, and renew your season tickets people. Stan kroneke was there yesterday, he would have seen the empty seats.
Back in the day, Dein would have asked Wenger who do you want?
And he would have done the negotiations. There were rumours that Wenger was furious he felt Dein had over paid on players. In my opinion at the moment Wenger has all the say. If he wanted an extra couple of million to buy Mata or Alonso the board would have given it. If he wanted 54 million to buy Cavani then maybe not.
