does anyone else think that there was 3 reasons for the Suarez bid?
1) we knew it would be rejected but was to try and make fans think we're making bids for big players but we're actually doing the usual.
2) to maybe show Real Madrid we have other options for a striker other than higuian.
3) to show Real Madrid that they need to sell higuian to make room for their targets such as Suarez.
1.) I hope you don't genuinely believe a team does this sort of thing
2.) I take option 1, its been the policy for the last 8 years, make a ridiculous bid which you know will never be accepted - then throw up your hands, look sorry and say "we tried"
