I believe we need a change in formation.
Instead of 4.5.1 a little change to 4.2.3.1 would give us a better shape un less open at the back.
This would then free up jack, theo un Santi,
As in a 4, 5, 1 I think none of the midfield 3 have a clue who's doing what job.
But and a big but I still feel we need to spend at least £100mil to ever challenge for the league again.
I would love £55mil, Suarez £25mil, Fellaini, £2-5mil cesar, £10-15mil, Williams or Richards.
With those un what we have would be a title challenging team IMO

Totally agree formation needs changing
2.) No one in the midfield has a clue who is doing what job.
You're right on one account.
However, a change of formation doesn't sort that issue out.
Competent coaching does, tell the persons what to do.
3.) Dont we normally play 4-2-3-1 anyway? Particularly if Arteta and Ramsey are playing together.
{Ed022's Note - Yes, our current formation is 4-2-3-1 which turns sort of 4-3-3 when we attack with Walcott and Poldi/Cazorla etc push up and support Giroud...}

Why does benzema always come up in the transfer window on here? I personally feel he's an average lazy forward un wouldn't want him.

Yes he did improve last season but the half he played against Monaco summed him up for me lazy, spends to much time on floor for a big lad we do need better. I know your properly going to say its his first game un just a friendly but to me these games are used to get fit but he's not going to get fit standing on the halfway line.
Because he's better than both of them. Plus he's played In the prem and they haven't.
Not going to happen, un when r people on here going realise that he is the best striker in the league un he would give us back that fear factor we once had.
