Just heard that Arsenal have sent representatives to Spain to sound out Geoffery Kondogbia on becoming our defensive lynchpin, after Victor Wanyama decided to stay at Celtic and hers is the REALLY BIG NEWS a certain Francesc Fabregas Soler has been contacted about coming home to his REAL club, Arsenal have a buy back option as part of his sale, we also have first refusal, also we have a 50% sell on clause if he is sold to another club, so if he does leave it will only be to us, his GF and kid are in London, and things haven't worked as well as he'd hoped in Barca, I have also been told that Jovetic is a done deal, just get top 4 and he is ours, if these signings do go ahead, I think we are only a GK, RB and CB away from being Champions next yr, and if we get these players, I don't care who anyone else gets, we will win the league

you think wenger will pay 30 mill? even for cesc? why? what happens to cazorla and wilshere?

doesn't make sense at all. rumours are unfounded. its not like he can't fly to london every week.

With regard to you comment about "what happens to Cazorla and Wilshere"
I'm not saying either of the transfers would happen (I would really hope the Kondogbia interest is true) but we need a better quality squad all round. For too long we have had a great first 11 but the back up has been so poor we rely too much on certain players each year. To compete and win the league we need to be able to rest wilshere and cazorla and bring in equal (if not better) quality.

logic dictates that we need world class players even if we have that position covered.

however wenger never buys if it hinders a young players growth. hence my retort. Also he never buys world class players. he buys more like world class potential.

i would love to have fab back. fyi.

for now let's hope this summer is a meaningful transfer window. wenger has stated he will no longer sell key players, or unless he meant he won't sell them to utd.
