Any chance of Arsenal hijacking AC Milans attempts at signing Honda from CSKA? I'm positive that last summer there was reported interest from Arsenal. He would be a great addition in my opinion. Attacking midfielder that can play across the midfield and as a support striker. He would be cheap too as his contract is up in January.

Higuain was our primary target. 25, available for around 25 million originally. Arsenal were offering around 23.
Jovetic 23 years old around the same price. Did Arsenal even bid?
Why would Wenger refuse to up the bid slightly for Higuain or bid a similar figure for Jovetic and then offer a stupid sum of money for a player who is banned for the first part of the season for BITING someone, is years older and costs almost twice as much! It makes no sense to me.
Any news on Corchia? Sochauxs deadline for a transfer has passed, but wondering if there is still interest from Wenger.

2.) How do you know how much Madrid wanted for higuain? From what I heard they wanted atleast 35mil and I believe napoli had bid around 32mil accepted. Now way is he worth that much.
And Suarez is only 26/27 years old, meaning he is just peaking now so don't get the age factor.
Jovetics asking price was at the time ridiculous especially considering he's poor season, hence why even juve didn't go for him.
